With less than a fortnight until Flag Day, Celtic fans are becoming growingly impatient about the lack of transfer activity at the club.

Granted, Viljami Sinisalo and Kasper Schmeichel have been announced over the past week, but the need for outfield reinforcements remains as coherent as ever.
There are several gaps in the squad which need to be filled, with manager Brendan Rodgers more or less admitting he needs to sign two strikers when previously talking about his plans for the attack.
The boss acknowledges his team must be strengthened, but remained tight-lipped when recently asked about potential incomings.
“I’m really hopeful every day”, he said (RecordSport).
“But we know we need to improve the squad, we want to develop. But in the meantime, whilst we await that, you can see the players that are here are developing well, working well and they’re playing some fantastic football at this pre-season stage.”
Time is ticking on for Celtic to make moves, but there remains over a month of the transfer window left.
Some deadwood has been cleared already, but there are several players still at the club who the manager likely deems surplus to requirements.
There will be a sizeable turnover at Parkhead over the next five to six weeks, with several players expected to both leave and arrive. It seems fans will just need to be patient.
