Brendan Rodgers House Burglary Update

It was not long after Brendan Rodgers had left the club to become the Leicester boss when his home was burgled in the small hours of the morning.

Brendan’s wife Charlotte, 36, and her daughter Lola who was six at the time were in the house and locked themselves in the bathroom when the burglary was in process.

The former Celtic boss lived in Bearsden throughout his time in Glasgow but moved out of the place shortly after the robbery.

It appears after investigating the case, no charges were brought against anyone.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said as cited by SunSport: “Following a full investigation, enquiries are now complete.

“No arrests have been made but should further information become available, it will be assessed and investigated.”

A picture of one of the robbers leaving the house after the burglary circulated online but not even that was enough to find the culprits.

The raider took a chilling selfie outside the Leicester City gaffer's house

Celtic spent nearly three successful seasons at the club before heading back down south to take on the role with Leicester.

It seems unlikely that we’ll ever find out who was responsible for this crime.
