Brendan Rodgers is on record multiple times saying that he intends to stay at Celtic for the full term of his contract.

As he enters his third and final year, he’s said he’ll 200% be at Celtic next season, but yet, he’s still getting linked with moves away.
Speaking on The Sun’s Go Ballistic Show, Roger Hannah shared his thoughts on Brendan Rodgers’ future at Celtic, revealing insights from the recent Scottish Football Writers’ Association Awards, where Rodgers picked up the Manager of the Year prize.
Talking on Rodgers’ comments and demeanour at the event, Hannah stated: “i had a great pleasure being at the Scottish Football Writers Association awards dinner last night.
“Brendan picked up the Manager of the Year Award. He spoke well, and he spoke about his relationship with Dermot Desmond. They will decide what happens between them.
“Brendan was adamant when he came back he would do three years, I think he will do three years.”
The journalist also referenced colleague Robert Grieve’s stance
“Robert Grieve, our chief football writer, has written in the paper a couple of times that he thinks that will be three years and out, so to speak. I tend to agree with him I tend to agree with him but listen, would you be surprised if he bolted a season on to it?”
Rodgers has made no secret of his ambition, but he’s also been vocal about his appreciation for the Celtic support and his desire to bring sustained success to the club.
Coming back to the club was a big gamble for the manager, but it’s paying off so far, as he pushes to win five out of six domestic trophies since his return.
With a potential treble on the horizon, a strong finish to the season may only strengthen the bond between manager and club, and make the idea of staying a little longer even more appealing.
