Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers spoke out on his side’s goalkeeping situation on Sunday. Joe Hart was very much central to the victory, making a crucial save at the death.
Post-match, Rodgers revealed the spot between the sticks is not currently a pressing matter. He said (Football Scotland): “It’s not one for now. I want to improve the squad over my time here, and particularly over these next couple of windows”

In January or potentially next summer, goalkeeper will become more on the mind of Rodgers. Right now, however, we are in the midst of a testing run of games.
The Irishman’s sole focus will currently be on the football, but he will hope his number one is not bullied again in the lead up to a goal. Nevertheless, Hart did redeem himself late on with a crucial save.
At least at the minute, it doesn’t seem as though his spot is under threat. In football, however, anything can happen.
