BRENDAN RODGERS has today confirmed Kieran Tierney is on his way back and could make his return on Sunday against Motherwell!
Kieran has been out since mid-December and presented the physio team with a bit of a mystery trying to solve his hip injury. The defender has gone through trial and error with his rehab, receiving treatment for his injury and testing it out until he could train with the full side.
After getting back onto the lennoxtown field, it looks like the defender will be in a position to make his long awaited return against the Steelmen at Celtic Park.

The Celtic favourite has missed some important games but in his absence, his teammates have stretched their lead at the top of the SPFL to eight points.
The player’s return would be a massive boost to the bhoys in their quest for a triple treble. With some pretty big games coming up against Hibs in the cup and a date at the end of March against The Rangers, Kieran can make a huge difference.
