Bosun Lawal has failed to kick on at Stoke City following his £3m summer departure from Celtic.
The Irishman joined the Potters in mid-August, but as we sit during the season’s second international break, he has yet to play for his new club.

In their official announcement confirming the signing of Lawal, Stoke revealed a ‘short-term injury’ would prevent him from immediately making his debut.
More than two months later, though, he still has not made his bow in red and white.
The latest update on his condition occurred three weeks ago, with the Stoke Sentinel reporting that the 21-year-old is still recovering from a back issue that was picked up in his Stoke medical.
Amidst his injury issues, the Potters have got a new manager.
Previous boss Steven Schumacher signed Lawal, but he was dismissed before the versatile midfielder could make his debut.
Narcis Pelach is now at the helm, and once he returns to the pitch, Lawal needs to win the Spaniard’s approval.
Lawal Had His Celtic Chance
Brendan Rodgers was more than willing to give Lawal opportunities during pre-season.
While he showed some flashes of promise, the former Watford academy player of the year didn’t grasp his chance to make it at Celtic.
A sale was soon sanctioned as the Hoops received a tidy £3m sum for a player who made just two senior appearances for the club.
