Boli Bolingoli has warned Celtic fans against following an account claiming to be the defender after it appeared on social media.

The new Celtic full-back was quick to shutdown the fake account before it started gaining a lot of followers.

Already being on Instagram and very active, the Celtic player has made it clear the account is not what it seems.

The account appeared on Saturday night and the first image which was posted was a picture of Boli enjoying his first SPFL game.

The defender played the full ninety minutes and was impressive in Celtic’s 7-0 rout of St Johnstone.

A hat-trick from Ryan Christie along with goals from Mikey Johnston, Odsonne Edouard, Olivier Ntcham and Leigh Griffiths got Celtic off to an incredible start to the season.
