Bodo/Glimt goalkeeper Nikita Haikan will NOT be available for the Norwegian club against Celtic in a week’s time after picking his third caution of the competition at Celtic Park.
The goalkeeper wasn’t called into action too much by Celtic but did enough when he had to. The most impressive thing about his game tonight was his distribution and the way he helped Bodo beat the Celtic press for the majority of the night.

Many Bodo fans and pundits are already hailing Haikin’s performance at Celtic Park on social media and rightly so.
Bodo losing the player for the second leg is a big blow, but they do have a two goal cushion that makes them overwhelming favourites – despite not having their first team goalkeeper to call upon.
Celtic have it all to do in the second leg but Ange Postecoglou won’t give up the ghost. He will take his Celtic side out to Norway and hope for an inspired performance.
Having watched his team be outplayed in the first leg, he’ll be hoping for a reaction on Thursday.
Haikan picked up a yellow for time wasting at Celtic Park towards the end of the game. He has two other yellows for the group stage game against CSKA Sofia and Roma.
