Celtic emerged from the Hampden sunshine victorious on Saturday afternoon courtesy of a late Adam Idah winner.
The Irish striker came up trumps for the Hoops in stoppage time, tapping home from a rebounded Paulo Bernardo effort which Jack Butland couldn’t handle.
Although they secured the double in the end, at certain junctures at the weekend, the Celts were on the ropes.

Rangers had chances and had it not been for a VAR intervention, they would have led on the hour mark.
James Tavernier whipped a corner into the back post which half-time substitute Abdallah Sima diverted goalwards with his knee.
The blue half of the national stadium went wild but in the end, the strike was rightly disallowed because Nicolas Raskin pushed Joe Hart in the build-up.
Some Gers fans have failed to accept such a judgement but Bobby Madden has put any of their arguments to bed.
The former SFA Cat 1 referee posted on Instagram, saying that the decision to rule Sima’s goal out was correct.
Madden admitted that he spoke to some top officials, and they agreed with him, ending any debate, if there ever was one.
He said: (@bobby_madden_ on Instagram) “A lot of questions about Raskin being held before the push on Hart. Come on. There is “holding” of that nature at almost every set piece.
“I’m sure if you studied that incident there would be multiple offences. You can only punish offences that clearly impact an opponent who is challenging for the ball.
“I’ve shown that video [of the disallowed goal] to six elite European referees and they all say foul on goalkeeper and goal should be disallowed.”
