Some Celtic fans have been raving about one man after Celtic made it six wins out of six in the SPFL. Odsonne Edouard right gets the plaudits for his double but some were keen to stress the importance of Fraser Forster after he came up big for Celtic and saved a late penalty.

Had the goal gone in for the visitors we would’ve had a very nervy finish to the game but the Englishman who has a decent record of penalty saves guessed correctly and made sure it stayed 3-1 on the day.

Forster came back to Celtic for a second spell this summer – loaned back from Southampton where Celtic sold him five years ago. He has picked up where he left off and is a massive presence in the box.

Fans have spoke about a calmness he seems to exude over the defence and that’s why he is the clear number one even though Bain and Gordon are two very good goalkeepers.
