CELTIC Loan Star Filip Benkovic has taken the time to express his admiration for the club since joining from Leicester.
The Croatian defender will tell anyone who wants to listen he is having an incredible time at what he calls a ‘special’ club.
With Celtic’s game with Salzburg fast approaching the big defender took questions in a Europa pre-match press conference and he was at it again with his praise of the club.
💬 FB: "The club is so special and I'm so proud to be here. As for my progression, I feel good but I want to be even better. I'm looking forward to tomorrow." #CELFCS #UEL

On the hot topic if he will remain at Celtic for the rest of the season, there is no doubt where Filip wants to be.
💬 FB: "@LCFC can take me back in January but my wish is to stay at #CelticFC all season. I came here to win trophies and to help the team. The least I can do is give everything I have on the pitch."

The Leicester manager Clause Puel has told the media he expects Filip to stay at Celtic barring any major injuries to his defenders between now and the end of the January window.
Celtic would love to keep Filip on a permanent deal but with a £12million outlay by Leicester to get him to England there’s no chance of picking the player up for a reasonable fee.
