Celtic goalkeeper Benji Siegrist has announced his engagement to Brittany Hockley, a well-known influencer, podcaster, and radio show host in Australia.
The couple met during Celtic’s Sydney Cup tour in Australia, which was part of former manager Ange Postecoglou’s homecoming celebrations.
Despite being hailed as one of the top goalkeepers in the Scottish Premiership during his time with Dundee United, Siegrist has found it hard to make a mark at Celtic and has not featured for the club this season. With his limited playtime, it is anticipated that he will leave the club this summer along with Joe Hart.
He may try to find a club closer to Australia, where his fiance is based.
Hockley, who is also known for her participation in this year’s edition of “I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! Australia,” shared the news of their engagement through social media, where she enjoys a substantial following.
