The Hoops currently sit nine points clear of their Glasgow rivals having once again retained the gap at the top of the table after the 1-0 victory against Aberdeen as captain Callum McGregor got the only goal of the game.
Beale arrived back in Glasgow only a few weeks ago as he replaced Giovanni van Bronckhorst in the hot seat at Ibrox.
He was quick to create a storm in the media when he came away with this line but quickly backtracked on the comments when asked about it in his Aberdeen pre-match press conference.
“I didn’t get to where I am by being disrespectful…. it was a very innocent comment that was taken too far,” said Beale speaking to clyde 1.
“Everyone in this league has to have a development plan. What Ange Postecoglou has done in his time is very impressive.”
Saturday’s victory at Pittodrie continued the impressive run that Celtic are currently on having only lost once in the past 48 league games. As well as that, the Hoops have won their last nine matches showing incredible form once again.

Celtic will take on Beale’s team at Ibrox in a couple of weeks and would love to extend the gap even further by then as these derby games are being earmarked as the most important fixtures in the title race with Postecoglou’s side firmly in the driving seat.
