Celtic B lost to The Rangers B side on Tuesday evening at Celtic Park in a game that lacked any real quality.
Both sides surrendered possessions easily and both sides finishing left a lot to be desired. Celtic did have their chances but there was no coolness on the night.
In the end – the game was settled by the odd goal, a corner kick fired in by the away side met the head of Cole McKinnon who bout the ball in the back of the net making it 1-0 on the night.
Celtic didn’t look like winning this game. The bhoys seemed off the pace and nothing was sticking up front for the bhoys. When they did venture forward their chances were limited by the away side’s defence.
Karamoko Dembele has a very quiet game for the Hoops, failing to impact the game at all from the wing.

It was a disappointing night for Tommy McIntyre and his young side. The Bhoy’s in green not doing themselves justice in front of Ange Postecoglou and his coaching staff who were in attendance.
Young Ewan Otoo had a good game and could be a player we hear more from in the future.
Right now, the young lads will be licking their wounds.
Tommy McIntyre spoke to CeltsArehere after the match and believes the Scottish Lowland League has benefited development greatly.
The youth manager gets to do it all again next season after the Lowland league voted to allow Celtic to continue in the competition.
The chasm between youth players and the first team still seems sizeable at this point in time. We need to continue to bridge the gap and bring on our own players to help fill first team spots.
