Celtic’s Ultras Groups will undoubtedly want to make a display utilising pyro against Inverness although their ability to do so may now be limited.
Scottish football and the people who govern are game need to get around the table with fans and stop demonising anything that adds to the colour and spectacle. There has to be a way to make this as safe as possible. You’re not going to stop pyro by adding new powers, all you’re going to do is alienate more supporters and add more tension between authorities and fans.
