AUSTRALIAN Footballer and former Hearts man Ryan McGowan was quick to slap down insults coming his way after he questioned why a player like John Souttar would go to Ibrox.

Referring to an online piece, Ryan was unclear why someone like Souttar would ditch Hearts for Ibrox club when they offer the same thing. Insisting the player should play his football at Tynecastle until the Premier League come calling.

This didn’t go down well with the usual bunch who were quick to attack McGowan for where he’s playing his football nowadays.
