Celtic players are off enjoying a well earned rest after a very hectic season when they were pushed to their limits by Ange Postecoglou and his high intensity style of football.

The lads have done so well winning the league they now have extended time off because they have no Champions League qualifiers to play when next season comes around.

Jota and Carl Starfelt boarded a flight to Ibiza at the weekend. We then saw Carter-Vickers and Stephen Welsh join the Celtic duo – their Instagram pictures showing them at a steak house.

Their party is growing because tonight Anthony Ralston has joined the bhoys as they let their hair down.

There have been some Celtic fans poolside with the bhoys in recent days with one telling us he asked Jota and CCV about staying at Celtic and all they got in reply was ‘it’s a long summer’.

The Hoops support would like to see both men sign for the Hoops on a permanent basis ahead of next season. Maybe Ralston, Welsh and Starfelt can convince them while over in Ibiza.

Celtic have an option to buy both but we’re no closer to knowing what the outcome of that process has been.
