ANGE POSTECOGLOU has confirmed that David Turnbull will be a Celtic player when the transfer window shuts in just over a week’s time.

There had been some suggestions that the midfielder may look for an exit this window, possibly on loan, but Ange Postecoglou has rejected this, stating the player is still very much of his plans.
He’s got seven goal contributions in 17 league matches so far this season, great numbers considering he’s used as a squad player who’ll get the last half an hour of a match.
After scoring that incredible goal midweek and shrugging it off as if it was nothing, he’s set to stay put at Celtic. Postecoglou said: [Football Scotland]
“No, Dave’s very much part of what we’re building here.

“Dave’s an important part of our set-up here and I’m sure he’ll be involved in the second half of the year.”
There’s no doubt he’s a great player who possesses the quality that makes him a Celtic grade player, but there was some anxiety that the midfielder would desire more first-team minutes, and look for a move away from the Scottish champions this window.
