ANGE POSTECOGLOU is aiming to keep the Celtic transfer department busy over Christmas, admitting the club is working on a few signings in the background.

Celtic have been linked to a couple of players over the past few weeks, having already brought two players to the club before the January window has opened.
Postecoglou has previously said that Celtic have identified their January targets and are now beginning to look towards summer, exciting a lot of Celtic fans.
Admitting there are a few things going on in the background, he failed to promise anything would transpire from it, saying: [SunSport]
“We’re still working on a few things. Whether they will happen or not, we will see.
“If I feel something is there that will make us stronger then, as much as Michael Nicholson and Chris McKay may want to have a quiet Christmas, I’m going to keep them working over that time and keep them on their toes!
“We’re still working on things. There’s no guarantee what will happen, but we’ve not even hit January yet, so we’ll see how things transpire.”
You’d imagine that a striker will be high on Ange Postecoglou’s list whether Giakoumakis departs the club or not. Apart from that, it’ll be interesting to see what other position Ange looks to strengthen after bringing in a right-back and centre-back already.
He’s been backed thoroughly by the club as he builds his super squad, a rare and brilliant sight for the fans.
