Ange Postecoglou has responded to speculation linking him with the Leeds job in proper Ange fashion.
The Celtic manager was asked about the link by BBC Sportsound before the St Mirren cup tie and he appeared to put to bed the monotonous week of wishful thinking.
Responding to the question if it was a compliment to be linked with the Elland Road job, he said: “It is – if I take any notice of it. We’ve had a good week of training.”
The Australian making it clear it’s not even entered his radar as he continues to forge ahead at Celtic Park.
The debates, particularly on SSB have been ridiculously over the top. The hypothetical of Ange leaving Celtic enough to get the juices flowing on a poor excuse for a a football show.
There will come a time when Ange will leave the building, but people who are closest to him and have worked with him in the past all believe when the Australian does make a move, it’ll be done the right way.
