Reports have suggested that Celtic are set to return once again for Mitchel Bakker, in an attempt to sign the Dutch fullback on a season-long loan.
It was revealed yesterday that the Hoops had a bid rejected by the French Champions by Sky Sports journalist Anthony Joseph, however PSG hadn’t completely shut off the idea of making a deal happen
PSG have rejected a loan bid from Celtic for left-back Mitchel Bakker.
But it’s understood the Champions League finalists have not completely closed the door on a potential deal with the Hoops.

According to the Daily Record, Celtic are looking to return with another bid to sign the left sided defender.

Bakker looks to be third choice left-back currently behind Juan Bernat and Kurzawa, so he may be looking for regular play time elsewhere
We did actually face off against the former Ajax academy player, during our last friendly with PSG in July
Neil Lennon is looking to add to his options at left-back and it is thought to be his ‘priority’, having only Greg Taylor available to play in that position
Of course, Boli Bolingoli is still at the club but it is unlikely that he will ever play again, after his trip to Spain caused all sorts of problems for Neil Lennon and Celtic.
