In a romantic gesture fitting for Valentine’s Day, Celtic’s Argentine left-back, Alexandro Bernabei, has hinted at an engagement to his partner, Val, with whom he shares a child.
The footballer took to Instagram to share a heartwarming moment with his followers, posting a photo of himself and Val, prominently featuring a ring, suggestive of their engagement.
He was supporting her hand as she showed off the ring.
The caption accompanying the image, “Desde siempre y para siempre,” translates to “since forever and forever.”
The Argentinian left-back is about to make it two years at the club when the summer comes, but he’s yet to secure a place in the squad.
He’s had a run of games recently due to Greg Taylor’s injury and has got better as each one has gone by. However, when the Scottish left-back returns, which could be this week against Kilmarnock, you’d expect him to knock Bernabei out of the team.
