MOUSSA DEMBELE is the subject of intense speculation with a percieved tug of war over the player’s signature from at least two Premier League sides.
The former Celtic striker who signed for Lyon for over £20m two summers ago has impressed even more since going to France and now he has clubs queueing up to spend a fortune on him.
Journalist Duncan Castles has gone as far as to say there’s a deal in place for the striker to move to Chelsea and it all hinges on the Stamford Bridge club agreeing a fee with Lyon.
• Dembele agrees personal terms for Chelsea move
• Will Man Utd intervene?
• Maddison's stratospheric valuation, have Utd missed the boat?
• Can Newcastle land Giroud?
• Will Zaha get out of Crystal Palace?

“Moussa Dembele is ready to move to the Premier League, I can tell you that.” Duncan Castles told the Transfer Podcast.
“Were an offer to come in from one of his suitors, and we’re not just talking Chelsea here, Moussa Dembele is a player who Manchester United have monitored for a number of years.
“Manchester United have told representatives of the player he is on their list, their extensively analysed and scouted list, that Ed Woodward likes to talk about in interviews these days.
“(He’s) an option for them in January or in the summer.
“Dembele is ready to move if an offer is made to Lyon that is acceptable to the French club for his services.”
Why does this matter to Celtic?
Like many other windows in the past where we’ve soled our biggest asset, we attach a sell-on clause in the contract. The latest rumours will be music to the ears of the Celtic board who will see the clubs coffers receive a significant amount of cash should Moussa leave in January. It would be an early and unexpected boost to the Celtic Park coffers.
Nothing is guaranteed and while the player might not move this January, many believe it’s a matter of time before Moussa heads to the Premier League.
His talent has been obvious since he stepped foot onto the field at Celtic Park.
