Celtic striker Adam Idah started the Hoops’ 3-3 draw against Dundee at Dens Park.
However, the Irishman was substituted in the 61st minute of the second half for Nicolas Kuhn

Idah’s reaction to being taken off came as a surprise, as he went straight up the tunnel instead of going to sit on the bench alongside Celtic’s substitutes.
It was clear that it was an emotional moment for the Irishman after yet another lacklustre display for Celtic, with Idah now having not scored in 10 Scottish Premiership games, his last goal in the league coming against Ross County on 30th November.
Having started the Hoops’ last four league games consecutively, it is the first time he has been afforded chances by Rodgers.
Across all competitions, Idah has now gone 552 minutes without a goal, a poor statistic for a player who stepped up so much towards the end of last season.
With Celtic ultimately sealing a dramatic 3-3 draw, Idah’s contribution to the game was minimal, with a number of missed opportunities. He was unable to make the most of yet another start.
Idah did clap Celtic supporters who had made the travel to Dundee; however, how Rodgers will feel about the Irish striker’s reaction remains to be seen, with the Celtic boss likely to address it post-match.
