Aberdeen U-Turn Ahead of Celtic Tie

Aberdeen have made a u-turn on the Celtic game on Sunday being a test event for the new vaccine passports due to poor information from the government and the reported flaws in the new passport system that would allow double vaccinated people to enter the stadium.

The government are set introduce the need for vaccine passports but many who have tried to register with the app to show they have had both jabs have been struggling to set it up.

It’s made Aberdeen and other clubs rethink their test event and the game will now likely go ahead without any checks on supporters.

So if you’ve got a ticket to the game on Sunday, you shouldn’t worry if you’ve not been able to sort out your registration for the passport.

The whole things appears convoluted at the moment and clarity is certainly needed.
