LIEL ABADA has been rumoured to be undergoing discussions with the Celtic board regarding a new contract after he took the league by storm during his first season in Scotland.

The Israeli winger has been an impressive addition to the champions since joining in 2021, contributing to 41 goals in his 85 games so far.
Last year he was awarded Young Player of the Year, and this season he is on track for another fantastic campaign.
Despite rumours circulating that Abada’s representatives are in talks with Parkhead chiefs about an improved contract, the player is focused on the task at hand this weekend rather than a new deal.
Liel Abada said: [The Herland]
“For now, I am not focused about it, I am focused on the games. I don‘t want to speak about it and what will happen, will happen but for now I focus on Sunday.”
Abada has fond memories of the last game at Tannadice, having netted his first Celtic hat-trick in the 9-0 thumping.
