For those of you who have watched Karamoko Dembele develop over the past three years will know what kind of talent we have on our hands.
With the Glasgow Cup Final on BBC Scotland on Thursday night, fans and pundits who have only seen clips of the young lad got their first real taste of what he can do.
For BBC pundit Tam McManus it was clear as day to him that Karamoko is a ‘serious prospect’. The midfielder did well during the game and yes, he could have done better but he showed more than enough on the night to hold onto his wonder-kid moniker.
Karamoko Dembélé at just 16 is a serious prospect. His vision, position’s he drifts into and decision making at such a young age is tremendous. Very intelligent. Like McPake for Rangers aswell again looks very clever and has pace to burn. Really enjoyed game so far 💪🏻

However, some Celtic fans were not convinced on the night by him and took to social media to put the player down on a single 90 minutes of football.

Disappointed in Dembele tonight, thought your man Harper up top looked Celtic’s best player by a mile!

Luckily the overwhelming majority can see the young lad’s talent and remember he’s only 16! He has the ability and the footballing brain to go to the very top of the game. The physical part of the game will come as he develops.
