Celtic captain Scott Brown has just delivered the following message via his Twitter account on behalf of the club to fans all over the world.

The Celtic captain is sporting a bit of extra growth probably like most people that are on lockdown who are deprived of the small things that are probably taking for granted. With the death toll taking a massive jump around Europe there are no ways of known exactly when things will return to normal.
One thing for sure is that it will not be anytime soon. With the UK government really only reaction to the pandemic as late as yesterday it will now take a minimum of two weeks before the ugly truth reveals itself in terms of confirmed cases.
Italy has surpassed China with confirmed deaths only days ago and people will be praying that trend is not repeated in other European countries as Europe now looks likely to be the worse hit.
