MOUSSA DEMBELE was asked what his funniest moment on a football pitch was by the Celtic View this week and it’s a belter!

The striker has played a major part in Celtic’s success since coming to the club from Fulham, so he was probably taken aback by this statement from an Ibrox player.

“I remember one when I was playing against Rangers* and one of their players said something like ‘shut up, you are a rubbish footballer’.”

“They said it with some more profanity than that actually

“I would say that’s the funniest moment I’ve had on the pitch”

Moussa was obviously very tickled that an Ibrox star would call anybody sh**, seeing as the Frenchman has never been on the losing end of a Glasgow Derby and regularly scores against them.

Dembele has terrorised the Ibrox defence for two seasons and maybe the Gers player was going for psychological warfare – they’re even bad at that!

Of course Moussa didn’t divulge who aimed the insult at him. We’re guessing it was somebody not as good as the Frenchman. Just a hunch.
