Celtic have posted a subtle dig at the expense of their rivals this morning as they advertise their Champions gear.
As daylight breaks on this fine morning, Celtic fans up and down the country are beaming over the outstanding week they’ve had. They watched their team win the title at Tannadice, partied into the night at Celtic Park. They then got to see Cal Mac and the bhoys lift the trophy on Saturday in front of a packed Celtic Park and another party ensued in the Merchant City area of town. We then got to watch our rivals who have had their fair share of penalties this season be beaten on penalties by an 11th place Bundesliga side. It’s been a superb week/.
The Official Celtic shop felt compelled to give Celtic fans a ‘friendly reminder’ we are the ‘CHAMPIONS.
Celtic fans have had to listen to all the denial about this season and how the league didn’t matter. Mental gymnastics by our rivals to try and comfort themselves they dropped the title at the first sign of Celtic’s recovery.
