Celtic have came on leaps and bounds since the 2020/21 season that was constantly disrupted by Covid, much thanks to manager Ange Postecoglou.
The Australian has catalysed wholesale change in Glasgow’s east end which has only been positive for the football club.

Nevertheless in the year before his arrival, Celtic heavily struggled and former captain and legend Scott Brown has made an interesting quip about that campaign.
Obviously, no fans were in grounds and all matches were played behind close doors.
Due to this, there wasn’t as much pressure felt by the players.
Brown said (Daily Record):
“A lot of players struggle with the pressure, and a lot of players, especially when Covid came, shall we say another team did really well when there was no pressure.”
It is fair to say that most Celtic fans would agree with this prognosis from Brown.
When there was no supporters in grounds and thus little pressure, a certain team in Glasgow excelled for a year but immediately when fans came back into stadia, normal service was resumed.
