Dutch club Ajax is showing interest in signing Liel Abada from Celtic in the upcoming summer transfer window according to Sky Sports.
The report claims Abada has been on Ajax’s radar for some time now and the club is keeping an eye on his situation at Celtic. Although Abada has made 41 appearances in all competitions this season and scored 12 goals and assisted seven, many of his appearances have come from the bench.

As a result, clubs from England and Portugal are also keeping tabs on Abada’s situation. CeltsAreHere were told by a source close to the club there is a real potential of Liel moving on this summer, fee depending.
Abada, who is just 21 years old, has played in the Champions League and has impressed since joining Celtic from Maccabi Petah Tivka in 2021.
He has a total of 27 goals and 18 assists in 95 appearances for Celtic and is popular among the fans. His contract with Celtic runs until 2026 so the ball is firmly in the Scottish Champions court.
