Celtic Working on Interesting New Online Initiative

CELTIC Fans have long bemoaned the system in place for relocating their seat around Celtic Park. The pandemic didn’t help things any, and people who have been waiting years for a move around the stadium are still waiting.

The ticket office has limited resources and for our money, is under funded for a club the size of Celtic.

CeltsAreHere understand the club is now looking to bring the relocation system online from the 24/25 season. The club is currently working with Ticketmaster on a couple of things to make the ease of getting tickets more smoothly.

Relocations going online would ease the burden on the ticket office and allow supporters the opportunity to move their seat with minimal fuss. It’s still quite a complex procedure and to get it right, things won’t be rushed out.

People could want to move seats for a number of reasons. Poor mobility could mean a fan might want to move fro the top tier. Families getting new season tickets to go along with family members who already have them could be looking to get seats together etc.

There’s no doubt Celtic need to up their game when it comes to ticketing. This isn’t a slight on the guys and girls in the ticket office who work extremely hard throughout the season to help the fan base.

We hope the online relocation initiative comes to pass and that fans are able to get the move they want.
