EFE AMBROSE made his debut for Greenock Morton on Friday night, helping his new side to a 4-0 win over Inverness. But there was accusations the centre-back was not eligible for the game against Caley.
The club signed Efe on a free after the former Celtic player was let go by St Johnstone last season.
The defender has played in The UK exclusively for the past ten years. Being brought to the country by Celtic in 2012 – the Nigerian has played for Hibs, Derby, Livingston, St Johnstone and Dunfermline before landing in Greenock.
