‘I don’t lie to you, and I don’t lie to the players’ – Postecoglou Responds to Livi Question

ANGE made it clear for the millionth time today that Celtic won’t change their approach no matter the opposition. Asked if he would have to prep his players differently for the robust nature of the Livingston away game, the manager was in no doubt.

“No, mate. I don’t lie to you, and I don’t lie to the players. What I say is what I say” Ange told Celtic Youtube.

“We’ve got to play our football. Within our football, all those things are there.

“Whatever the challenge is, we’re not going to overcome it by changing our approach. It’s not going to work for us”

Pre-match press conferences feel like they’re getting more and more redundant. It’s the same old questions, and you can see Ange trying to stay engaged despite being asked the same things every week.

The Celtic manager repeatedly gets asked if he’ll change his approach for [insert team] and it’s always the same answer. We should all know that Celtic will attempt to play the same way every game.

Livingston presents another challenge for the bhoys, but the plan remains the same.

Celtic are looking to maintain their four-point gap at the top of the table this weekend after pulling away at the top of the SPFL last Saturday. Livingston will look to frustrate the bhoys on their artificial surface. Ange will have his team primed and ready.
