Police Scotland Send Sunday Message to Celtic Fans

CELTIC FC SLO has confirmed the measures put in the last time Celtic were at Tannadice by Police will NOT be in force.

Celtic fans had a lot more briefs than usual for a match that would see them become Champions.

Outside the ground was a shambles from Police, bottle necking supporters and causing a lot of congestion.

This is one police set up barrier hundreds of Celtic fans had to squeeze through on the way to the game.

John Paul Taylor has confirmed Celtic fans will not be subjected to this, which is great news. The bhoys have a diminished allocation this season and there won’t be as many hoops supporters outside the stadium.

The Celtic SLO also told visiting supporters to make sure they get to the ground as early as possible because of the reduced number of turnstiles in operation.

Celtic away days can be great, but they’re also very heavily policed with the authorities treating the paying fan with disdain in many instances.

Hopefully the game passes without incident outside the ground. The game kicks off at 12pm on Sunday.
