GREG TAYLOR is a divisive player among the Celtic supporters, you either love him or hate him. However, you must admit the left-back’s performance against Hibs was one of his best.
His pass last night which resulted in Juranovic’s penalty was sublime.
The inch-perfect ball over Hibernian’s defence landed at Abada’s feet who then twisted and turned before Josh Doig illegally handled the ball.

Interestingly, according to @BhoysAnalytics on Twitter, the Scottish full-back generated double the creative output when compared to Josip Juranovic. The Croatian has received rave reviews after his display on Monday night. In no way am I suggesting Juranovic was poor, in fact, he was excellent, I am pointing out that if Taylor was held to the same standard as his teammates he would be highly rated by the fan base rather than heavy, and unfairly, criticised.

Taylor racked up 0.44 expected assists and created two chances.
The fans need to stop picking on players and recognise that under Ange everyone has improved.
I haven’t always been Taylor’s biggest fan, but over the course of this season I have seen an improvement and I am now happy for him to be recognised as our left-back.
After struggling with an injury over the first half of the season, he will be hoping for an injury-free run in 2022.
