Transfer speculation today has ramped up with reports suggesting that Celtic are interested in making a move for Hibernian winger Martin Boyle.

The 29-year old has been linked with a move to the Hoops on several occasions, and that looks to be no different this January transfer window.

More reports coming out today stated that once again, the club could look to the Australian internationalist, with a fee of around £3 million being quoted (Read More).

According to Edinburgh News, though, there has been no movement from the Hoops as of yet for Boyle, with the report suggesting that Hibs have received ‘no offers’ and are relaxed about the mounting speculation.

With Boyle’s age, it would come as a slight surprise to see Postecoglou and the club’s hierarchy splash a considerable fee on the Hibs winger, like the one that has been suggested in recent days.

This is, of course, unlikely to be the end of this speculation and one we will continue to hear more about as the January transfer window goes on.
