In recent weeks, we have seen the Green Brigade and other Celtic supporters make their stance well known on the possible appointment of Higgins.
The latest protest occurred in the aftermath of Celtic’s 2-1 win over Aberdeen on Sunday, as the Green Brigade staged a sit-in after the match.
Other well-known fan groups such as the Celtic Trust have also promoted the protest, encouraging fans to get involved during the midweek fixture against the Edinburgh side.

It is clearly crucial that this issue remains on the front of supporters minds, given the club’s lack of communication despite the fans making their dissatisfaction of this appointment clear for all to see.
It will also be interesting to see how many get involved on Thursday night.
