ANGE POSTECOGLOU has been explaining his own reasoning behind leaving Kyogo out of the starting XI on Saturday when the Hoops failed to beat Livingston at home.
Celtic had the chance to temporarily go top of the league but blew it – failing to break down the very negative and defensive away side.

Many fans have stated we don’t have the luxury of putting our best player on the bench and Kyogo should start most matches.
However, the manager let it be known he has a fear the Celtic striker could burn out if not managed properly over the next period of time.
Ange stating Kyogo was already 3/4 through a season in Japan before signing for Celtic. Now the man from Japan will be playing football until May with a brief pause for the January break.
Speaking to Celtic TV, Ange said: “We have to be really careful with Kyogo because he left Japan three quarters of the way through a season.
“He’s come back, had international football and already had an injury.
“I know people want him out there all the time, and he has done fantastically well every time he’s played.
“But we have to be careful as it’s just starting November and we can’t be playing Kyogo in every game right through to April and May and expect him to perform at the top level.”
Celtic fans do want to see Kyogo all the time but perhaps didn’t think about what the manager has brought up.
He’s played a lot of football and Celtic’s schedule doesn’t get any easier – we need Giakoumakis to contribute when he does get the nod.
