Again, this weekend some fans were questioning how the man of the match award was not given to Starfelt after keeping to St Johnstone attack quiet. Registering four shots, the Perthshire side failed to get a shot on target throughout the full 90 minutes.
Starfelt has come under a lot of criticism, especially after his mistake against AZ Alkmaar, but all in all, I don’t the defender is that bad a player.
Starfelt is good with the ball at his feet and can spot a pass. More importantly, starfelt is great at defending 1v1 and his stats from this weekend just boost that.
