Turkish side Fenerbahce is reportedly expecting an offer from Celtic for winger Bright Osayi-Samuel.
The former QPR winger has been a long term target for the Hoops, first being linked to the club under former manager Neil Lennon last season.
According to Turkish media outlet Fotospor, Fenerbahce is expecting an offer from the Hoops as well as other sides, including Glasgow rivals Rangers and English Championship side Fulham.
The report states that no official offers have yet been received for the Nigerian. However, if no bid comes in from those sides, the former Turkish champions will look to use the 23-year old in an exchange deal for Monoco’s Henry Onyekuru.
With Osayi-Samuel’s ability to play on both wings, it is very-mich a player Celtic could do with at this stage, due to our lack of options in those areas.
Fingers crossed, we will see Ange Postecoglou look to fix this in the coming weeks as the 2021/22 campaign gets underway.
