Time is slowly ticking away for Celtic to add to their Champions League squad for the second round qualifier against FC Midtjylland later this month.
A brilliant Twitter thread from the ever-reliable @Moravcik67_ on the social media site shows what Celtic’s current squad looks like and states that the Hoops have until next Thursday at 11 PM to submit their squad for the tie.

It's just 12 days until the first leg of our game against Midtjylland, and we're in a race to bring in players.
We have to register our squad for QR2 by 11pm next Thursday. We can then add 2 additional players until 11pm on the day before the 1st leg.

With the rebuild we face this summer, many fans were expecting many signings to come in early doors.
However, currently, we have just the two first-team additions, which both arrived on pre-contract deals from Sheffield Wednesday.
We have to hope that those behind the scenes at Celtic are hard at work getting deals over the line in preparation for this crucial CL tie over the next week.
Otherwise, we will be looking pretty short on numbers for what will be Ange Postecoglou’s first competitive game in charge of the Hoops.
