CELTIC are currently going through a major rebuild. Most big players who were at the club have now left since last season.
The club were public when they announced Nicky Hammond had left his role at Celtic Park.
However, his right hand man, Gary Penrice was still thought to be at the club considering the club have said little about any sort of departure.
Alan Nixon, who usually gets a Celtic scoop or two was answering questions on social media when he revealed Penrice has indeed left his role at Celtic in a low key exit.

There has been much speculation about a director of football but that chat has appeared to have stopped since the apparent talks with Fergal Harkin ended without a positive conclusion.
We have no idea yet if the club are still chasing a suitable director of football or if they’ve shifted gears.
Gary Penrice was the chief scout, you have to imagine he is being replaced or has already been replaced.
