The Celtic players not participating in Euro 2020 with their country are due back at Lennoxtown next week. The Hoops players will not be greeted by the new gaffer because he has still to travel into the country and complete his isolation period.
It means John Kennedy will likely take the team, something which if you told the Celtic fans a month ago would have been unfathomable.

Celtic were already going through a tough time when Liam chose to sign with the Hoops – he and his representatives will have known full well the likelihood of a new manager being in place come the summer.
