Fran Alonso’s side usually play their home games at K-Park in East Kilbride. However, this derby fixture has been switched to be played at Paradise in what could be an exciting contest between the two.

Currently, Celtic sit in third place, five points behind Rangers who occupy the Champions League Spot in second, just behind League holders Glasgow City.

A win midweek could go a long way to helping the Hoops catch them for that all-important European Spot.

The last time the two teams faced off against one another was back in mid-November and saw Celtic take home all three points with a 92nd minute penalty from Summer Green.

Fans will have the chance to watch the fixture, live on BBC Alba this Wednesday – 19:35 kick-off.

Fingers crossed we can see the women’s side, complete another feat and better the men’s team this season, by defeating Rangers
