CARLTON COLE has signed for Celtic on an 18-month deal which will take him to the summer of 2017.
The Englishman has been training with the club for some time and had several offers on the table but he was adamant he wanted to sign for Celtic.
He managed to impress during his trial and now Ronny has secured the player as he looks to strengthen his frontline.
Cole has been out of contract since leaving West Ham last season and will be short of match fitness. He will now be looking to get match sharp and challenge Leigh Griffiths and Nadir Ciftci for lone striker role.
