Injured Celtic star has posted out an image to his social media pages with the tag line ‘be patient’ as the Frenchman continues his recovery from injury.
In what summed up Celtic’s season, the defender cleared a ball off the line for the bhoys at the end of December and collided with the post. The way his foot planted and knee twisted on impact, it was clear the injury would be bad.
Jullien was told he would be out of the game for around four months and having only come back from injury two months before, the defender has missed most of this season.
Celtic’s defence has been abysmal and has rarely featured the same players on a game to game basis. Our inability to deal with high balls into the box has been our undoing time and time again.
There’s no doubt we miss Jullien’s presence in the heart of defence, on his day, he’s the best defender we have. We hope he can get back to full fitness as soon as possible and be ready for next season.
