In the last 24 hours, reports were suggesting that former Celtic striker Moussa Dembele could be on his way to the English Premier League with West Ham.
Today though, reports in France have suggested that Spanish side Atletico Madrid have made a loan off with a €35 million option to buy for the Lyon striker. Which would mean Celtic would have to wait longer for the transfer payout from a sell-on clause.

Since leaving the club in 2018, Dembele has impressed during his time at Lyon, scoring some big goals against sides such as PSG and famously grabbing a double in the Champions League quarter-final victory, against Manchester City.
It has been heavily reported in the past that Celtic would be due 10% of the 24-year olds transfer fee so it would come as a small boost to the club if he was to make the move.
During his time at the club, Dembele was certainly a fans favourite and continues to be for many with his continued support for the club on social media.
The Madrid side is the sort of team the majority of Celtic fans expected to see Dembele move to with the potential he possesses as a player.
