The manager says he’s optimistic while not being relaxed for a game of this magnitude.

Neil spoke about the number of chances were creating as a team now and how more defensively sound we appear to be.

One thing he did touch on was going to Ibrox for the first time ever with no fans in the building

The Celtic manager branded the thought of a silent Ibrox as ‘excruciating’. Having played a Derby at Celtic Park behind closed doors, we all know it kills the mystique and tribalism of the game itself. The crowd can win and lose you games.

They can give you that extra lift or they can be the nervous energy which makes you slip up and let your opponents in.

It’s certainly not going to be a spectacle like we’ve known it in the past.

We need our players to look beyond that and come up with a big result on the day to breathe new life into this title race.
